#11 To make the frame for the wheelchair, start by gluing two skinny sticks together

#12 Repeat with two more

#13 Measure the width of your doll’s hips and mark on a fat stick

#14 Cut on the marks

#15 Glue this to the two skinny sets of skinny sticks you made, a little lower than the middle point

#16 Cut two skinny stick to the same length

#17 Glue them together, but slide the top stick down slightly

#18 Repeat with two more sticks

#19 Glue these to the frame at 90 degrees, just above the fat stick…

#20 …on both sides to form armrests

#21 Glue two skinny sticks together, sliding one down slightly

#22 Repeat with two more

#23 Glue these to the ends of the armrests at 90 degrees…

#24 …on both sides

#25 Measure fat sticks…

#26 …cut…

#27 …and glue…

#28 …on both sides of the frame

#29 Hold the pencil against the back part of the frame and mark it so that it sticks out about an inch on each side

#30 Cut at the mark ad sand some of the finish off the pencil (this helps the paint stick later)

#31 Glue to the frame

#32 Snip short sections of skinny sticks

#33 Glue to each other, sliding the top one down slightly

#34 This time, trim the other end so that one side is flush

#35 Repeat with two more short sections

#36 Glue to the top of the frame to make handles

#37 Measure skinny sticks…

#38 …cut…

#39 …and glue under the fat sticks…

#40 …on both sides of the frame

#41 Measure one fat stick…

#42 …cut it…

#43 …and glue it across the front of the frame

#44 Place your doll in the frame as shown

#45 Hold a stick up to the side of the frame. Mark the angle where it meets and where the doll’s feet will sit

#46 Cut both of these lines

#47 Make another identical stick

#48 Cut small sections of fat sticks

#49 Glue onto the sticks at 90 degrees

#50 Glue these to the frame

#51 Sand any rough edges and corners

#52 Paint the frame – some spots might need two coats

#53 Once dry, cut pieces of felt

#54 Wrap one piece around the top rails of the chair

#55 Apply glue to the back

#56 Fold the felt into the glue and press – Repeat on the other side

#57 Once dry, trim excess felt

#58 Wrap the second piece around the rails on the sides of the chair

#59 Glue

#60 Fold and press, repeat on other side

#61 And trim

#62 SO that you have a seat and back for your chair

#63 Apply glue to the pencil where it sticks out past the frame

#64 Place the fishing line roll onto the pencil – hold until dry

#65 Glue a button to the outer ring of the roll…

#66 …to complete both large wheels

#67 Use a ruler to mark where the front rails of the chair are even with the large wheels

#68 Cut the front rails a little above your mark

#69 Glue bottle caps onto the front rails

#70 Glue a bead into the cap…

#71 And a button onto the bead…

#72 To complete both small wheels

#73 Cut pieces of foam…

#74 …for armrests…

#75 …and foot rests

#76 Cut tape

#77 And wrap it around handles

#78 Place your Lammily doll into her wheelchair…

#79 …and she’s ready to roll!
