Notification of Changes
Lammily.com uses the most cost-effective shipping option available from UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service. While our turnaround times are quick and shipment carriers do deliver ahead of schedule at times, no shipment has a guaranteed delivery date. If you have a deadline in which you need your order, please choose an express shipping option that will get you your gear fast.
All orders are shipped within 72 hours of being placed. Rush/Overnight orders will be handled as quickly as possible from when they are received.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Lammily.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.
We expect our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products that we provide through Lammily.com. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges, if your order is returned to us within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase and returned to us in its original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days (this all depends on your card issuing bank).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Cancel or Change an Order
If you changed your mind about your order and wish to cancel or change, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request. If your order has yet to be processed, then we can successfully stop the order and you will receive a cancellation confirmation of the entire order or the part number canceled. Most orders are processed the day the order is received. We always recommend cancelling an order as soon as possible.
However, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been processed.
If a package is in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible. You will need to follow our Return Policy. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees or any restocking fees from applying to any refund allowed. Any orders paid by credit card will be refunded back to the same account. Check with your credit card provider to find out the time period to credit your account after we process the refund to post a credit back to your account.
