Lammily Named One of “The 40 Most Exciting Innovations of the Year” by Tech Insider

According to Tech Insider…

2015 was a watershed year for empowering toys.

One of our favorites is Lammily, a doll that rejects Barbie’s impossible measurements in favor of a healthier and more believable look. Named after creator Nickolay Lamm’s family, the doll raised over half a million dollars on Kickstarter and sold more than 40,000 units since November of last year.

I just love the doll I purchased. I hope that you will also offer a bed and an Adarondack style chair for the doll. Would like the bed and chair to be made of solid and sturdy wood in a natural color. I would like to make a small doll house style room for her and could make the bedding and the chair pads for her furniture. Just a thought but hope some one will consider making this for the dolls.

I recently purchased the Lammilly doll and she is very pretty. I am a senior lady that loves dolls and loves to make clothing for them. I just ordered the next doll to be released in March, the photographer, and can hardly wait to get her. I am hoping that they will come out with some boy dolls as well. If they do I will definitely be buying them. I like the size of the dolls, not to big or to small. I am hoping that they will make the new ones with an elbow and a knee joint so they can sit down like a real child. I know that any child would be proud to get one of these dolls as a gift. I will be watching for the new dolls to come out.
